We divide our services into 3 groups, largely due to the difference in complexity of the tasks. Database setups of various DeepBlue modules (CORE, PMS, INV, SPA, FIN,...) are considered the most demanding services and are performed only by the most skilled specialists. Data Imports require a good understanding of Yacht and DeepBlue structure, while Data inputs require a methodical and diligent approach and are typically very laborious.
Full PMS Setup
With a suite of submodules engineered to support recurring PMS tasks across complex structures, this powerful module encompasses many features including equipment documentation, advanced filtering, priority/overdue jobs monitoring, spare parts inventory, logbook functionality, purchase order management, maintenance reporting capabilities and more.
Data Imports
PMS data import is one of the most demanding data management jobs. It requires a thorough understanding of the data structure, DeepBlue planned maintenance system module, yacht’s structure and engineering challenges. Our experts have decades of experience on this highly specialized subject and will be happy to help with the data import and bringing your Chief Engineer up to speed.
PMS import is a highly technical and at times laborious process. Our team of specialists, their collective knowledge and proprietary tools can greatly simplify the process and ensure you start with a well-structured database complete with relevant historical data.
