Introducing a Smarter Routine for Your Vessel's Maintenance

One of the key developments we’ll be demonstrating at METSTRADE is Rounds, a major addition to DeepBlue’s PMS Package designed to bring greater structure to recurring onboard maintenance and checks.

Management can prepare and schedule clear, repeatable routines from the desktop, defining the sequence of readings and maintenance tasks and assigning them to the relevant crew positions. Crew can then follow the routine step by step in the DeepBlue Mobile app, recording readings, completing maintenance and adding follow-up work directly beside the equipment they are working on.

Everything stays connected to the PMS, giving crew a clear pathway through the work while providing management with a complete record of each completed round for review and reporting.

Another major development we’ll be showcasing at METSTRADE is the significant overhaul of our  Crewing Package.

Built around Contracts, Planner and Payroll, the redesigned package connects the key stages of crew administration around a single crew record.

Contracts provide the structured foundation for employment terms and payroll arrangements. Planner brings rotations, leave, travel and assignments into one clear operational view. Payroll draws on the information already held within the system to help make monthly processing more consistent and efficient.

And because Crewing is part of DeepBlue rather than a standalone HR system, it builds on the crew information already held within the Basic Package and connects with the wider platform, including Finance.
